Yummy and healthy ice cream for your baby with Grabease

Banana ice cream

What do you need?

  • 1 ripe banana, freeze it.

  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional)

How to make it?

  1. Blend frozen bananas and cocoa powder.

  2. Serve banana ice cream, you can can also add almond into it. This is also suitable to relieve the pain of growing teeth.

Avocado ice cream

What do you need?

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 3 strawberries (don’t forget to clean it)

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

How to make it?

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender, make puree.

  2. Put puree to container, freeze for 1 hour or more.

  3. Take it out from freezer, stir it, put it back in the freezer. Repeat this process until the texture is similar to ice cream or depends on your child's taste.

Note: If your child is allergic or doesn't like strawberries, you can replace it with another fruit, like mango or kiwi.

Dragon fruit ice cream

What do you need?

  • 1/2 red dragon fruit (medium size)

  • 2 ripe bananas

How to make it?

  1. Make puree from all ingredients.

  2. Freeze in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove, stir well, put it again in the freezer.

  3. Repeat step number 2 until the consistency is similar to ice cream or according to the child's taste.
